5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation. Stupid kids didn't manage to get kills early, and they saw chance to make megawowtfhuhahistats after I made the full enemy team ragequit.
I request atleast 2 weeks ban and stats removal of that game from them because of their stats abuse. Also warns.
I think something like this would be liked by everyone.
For example: if you get +5 at win and you win while having a leaver (4v5) you should get +6 instead of +5, if you win while having 2 leavers (3v5), you should get +7 instead of +5, if you win while having 2 leavers and enemy team has 1 leaver (3v4), you should get +6 instead of +5.
The point is it would be nice to reward a victory with a leaver in your team more, since they are very different from the 5v5 wins.(+1 per -1 player, unless +0 at win because it can be abused by playing with full stack of 1800 psr vs 1000 psr)
Of course, there are times, when the one that leaves, actually improve the chances of the team in which he left from, because he had many items and wasn't using them properly for example etc., but most times when people leave they do it because they failed too much and didn't like the game anymore etc.
The same should go for losses like these with leavers (+1 per -1 player, unless -0 at loss obviously because it would be ridicolous to actually gain psr while losing), if at loss you have -5 and if you lose with a leaver (4v5) you should lose -4 instead of -5, if you lose while having 2 leavers (3v5) you should lose -3 instead of -5, if you lose while having 2 leavers and enemy team has 1 leaver (3v4), you should lose -4 instead of -5.
It's much easier to lose in less players most of the time than in 5v5, so you shouldn't lose as much because it's not your fault someone left.
Also this should only take effect around 5-10 minutes after a leave occured, because if someone in your team leaves while you already destroy tree/throne, then you don't deserve the +1 psr, and same if someone leaves while your tree/throne gets destroyed, you don't deserve to lose less, (and this will also prevent abuses) (for example friends playing in same team, 1 high psr and 1 random account of a friend, and the one with random account leaves at end regardless of game scenario, cause if he leaves his friend either gets +1 at win or +1 at loss)

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation. The entire enemy team was out of the game from minute 21, and then they ALL abused stats. (playing vs NOBODY, and not ending, for 30 MINUTES, they all deserve ban, even if some of them don't have that much number of kills, because any one of them could have ended the game in 30 minutes, but they didn't)
The maphack/otherhacks problems will never be solved here, no matter how hard maphack crew/gproxy updates try. Not untill the new server account creation is closed forever with no exceptions, for the rest of this servers existence, because whenever some retarded cheater is found he just makes a new account and everything leading to his ban was completely useless.
Permanent account bans ? Create new account. Improve detection ? Improve hack, create new account. Ip permanent account bans ? Change ip, create new account. Hardware permanent account bans ? Change hardware, create new account. Close the new server account creation ? No solutions left, other than to fuck off from the server forever after being permanently banned on all accounts.
I still don't get why it's still open, face the fucking REALITY already cen/whoever manages the new server account creation thing. Please stop these imbecils already once and for all, it's getting quite ridicolous. People who have absolutely no clue whatsoever about map awareness, suddenly ping at roshan, at the exact precise time someone is doing it, even when it isn't obvious, even when smoke is used/no vision, even when other heroes are visible on the map = not obvious, even when other heroes are visible and grouped on the map = no reason whatsoever to think it, and these people which "guess" this are the same which don't see a hero even 1000 range from him or those that can't use spells or those that have no clue how visage is called, or people in top 100 or people in bottom 100, almost everyone.
If you go choose a random guy on this server multiple times and sit and watch their replays, you will see how ridicolously obvious it is that 5/10 of them or even much more are using something, whether it's maphack or click detector, that is irrelevant, they are all cheats.
You can end it, all you have to do is simply to not allow new account creation anymore, that way, when someone is found cheating and permanently banned on all his accounts, he will be forced to say goodbye, since he will no longer have the option of simply making a new account.

- Why should we recruit you? - I can host them/manage them, very fast, I type fast so I'll say all the requiered rules before creating the brackets in around 10 seconds max, I !comp fast etc. I've given 6ur all the icons of heroes from playdota.com/heroes converted into the same size/format as the forum rewards some months ago, to ensure the possibility of creation of every single 1v1 apomshnp tournament possible in the game with the icon being available as forum reward, since there are only a few repetitive 1v1s hosted and that is boring. We can host the entire hero pool 1v1 because we have all the icons, so I don't see why we shouldn't. Lina 1v1, cm 1v1, shadow demon 1v1 etc. More variation in tournament hosting -> more tournaments -> more fun -> more activity -> better for everyone.
- Anything else you would like to mention - We should increase the number of tournaments per week, from 3 to atleast 5 or even 7, (and of course to not have any more breaks like this one with over a week of no tournaments at all) imagine a tour each day, people will actually have something to look forward to ingame every day. Again, we should also host all the 1v1 apomshnp in the game, since there is no logical reason to host only a handful of them, even if there aren't all the server icons from all the dota heroes available for rewards for the winner, I'm certain everyone would like to play the tours regardless of that being the case because of the fun/competition/forum award/psr award being enough anyway.
