"Mercedes have built a new car"..... is incorrect coz it would need to be a "has built", therefore its: 30- A

the sentence must be present perfect since mercedes have built the smart car and still have influence in the present.we can say either has/have... we can mean by mercedes ..mercedes crew or mercedes members and therefor we can say have in that sentence.

 (TRY ON is "phrasal verbs" and it means: TRY something before purchase in shop (ie: Can I try on these trousers?)
