Well i think i have to work on my question. Bukka said the first imaginary escenary that fullfilled the question. I guess hes next. Next time i win, i will rephase the question so keep thinking.
The question will go something like this
whats the hero that at lvl 1, can kill a hero with less than 1,000,000 hp with just 1 item ability and 1 attack. All the damage occur in less than 1 second. The game has to have less than 100 kills so pudge dont stack strenght. Also the hero that is getting killed by the hero of the question have full health. So if the hero have 900,000 means the hero had 900,000 current health 1 second before he died(the damage occur in less than 1 sec). Also the hero that died wast silencer and steal all heroes int to get near 1,000,000 mana .
My point is this can be done in a normal game. With normal heroes and normal items. Its not an escenary that u have to create, a hero with infinite mana pool or 50000kills so pudge stack str. But i will work on the question bukka you are next.

Just 1 item. The hero is naked but 1 item.
For pudge its possible but that will break the whole point of the question. Pudge can kill anyone with enough str.
The situation on the question its possible to do so in a normal game if you are good enough. U dont have to create it like the pudge escenary. u will need like 500,000 kills just to get the strenght. Plus u will need another 500,000 kills cause you will have to take into consideration the armor.

which hero and which item allow that hero to instantly kill any hero with less that 1,000,000 health with just 1 attack.
edit: The hero can kill the any hero on certain circunstantes(not always but he can).

whats the hero with the highest average damage at lvl 1. No items or auras or anything that affect the damage?
For example techies is the hero with the lowest average damage which is30. The damage of techies is 29 - 31 so the average damage of techies is (29+31)/2 which is equal to 30.
