Feedback / votekick the host and switch mode and 4v5

i wont repeat the same story that i got banned b/c i lagged while i was host so lets  go to topic :-

since 1.26 we saw many ppl have gproxy (we can say most of them) and sometimes they lag lttle bit and they enter again (and sometimes they lag too much and they votekicked) so that aint a problem and they lose psr but the real problem is if the host is the one who is lagging .. so he cant be votekicked and it will anooy all the players around and the only thing they can do is either rmk or wait him to reconnect again (it happened to me once and i got banned AND I DIDNT MEAN IT) so idc if i was votekicked b/c they have right about that so solution?we should able to kick the host

the other topic is that can i know why switch mode is off? if its b/c it ruin the psr system idc but i just wonder and even though at 3v5 autoban is off but we play for fun or for stats? ..just switch and play happily 4v4

the last topic is that i saw many times ppl leave after minute 6 or 7 or 8 and it becomes 4v5 from beginning so i suggest that autoban is off from min 10 not from min 5 and about ladder stats in 3v5 it should be off from min 20 not 15 tnx

i seiresly want to know wtf is happening with u ban/unban moderaters? i got banned 4 days for nothing.i seriesly dont care about the banning but why the heck i got banned?and for 4 days also?

this isnt unban request!! i just say that i didnt break any rule and i got banned which im rly pissed off

he said in forum that i broke (Player must not use any kind of hack(s). Even abusing a bot bug or inner DotA game bug will be considered as hack;")

wtf?  and i seriesly know why someone called qell bura banned me for that although i didnt break any rule.

he said in his post (the one who reported me) that i was disconnecting to lag other ppl since i had 0 9.i didnt dc for 10 mins like he said and i didnt intend to do it.guys can u answer me WHY GPROXY was made?to prevent disconnecting and i lagged 1-2 mins which is stupidly nothing and gproxy added me on again.and if i was lagging 10 mins like he said then all of them would had rmked from so long time but he is liar and an admin banned me for (game ruining)which is not true for 4 days and i want my rights back to play like a dota normal player

again this isnt unban request to move this topic but i feel that there is no justice and like that i can ban anyone so easily everytime someone lag lttle bit

ok guys no one can deny that most of the times we c someone ruining the game and just leave and we all dont like it right?does he rly care about being banned? no b/c shortly he just go ahead and make another account and can ruin games again by leaving when he lose or when he c his team feeding so i suggest the IP ban from here

how it works?well it goes like this .. when u leave a game u get 1 day IP ban then when u leave next time u also get 1 day ip ban that way the player will limit himself from leaving when that occur a lot and 1 day is effective and in same way its not so long that u may crash the computer ( i talk about nolifers here)

someone maybe say: sometimes i have to leave for work friends etc. ... or i rly get dc
i say: well its 1 day and also its ur fault that u r joining a game and u know u have to leave so blah same to ppl who disconnect and anyway there is gproxy there ..

someone maybe say: omg the game is totally unbalanaced and i was afk then i knew it ... my team r total idiot feeders
i say: look at the link bellow ... nightstalker had team of feeders (all 4 and huskarr had 17 1 score if u watch replay)he didnt ff or say omg my team is idiot (like crix ..)even if u have a feeder noob team if ur pro u can do it and night stalker is a good example (dont tell me night stalker is so fucking pro he is special case b/c anyone can be the best if he want to)

how this ip ban will help?
1-he will limit the numbers of leavers in each game
2-it will the balance command works better (some leavers make new accounts and join noob games to ruin games ... and the balance command get fucked up)

i could be wrong and i could be right and i hope that admins (specially totally screawed)b/c i think he is a real pro to consider this suggestion
