Sometimes we all have bad day and not play well...
He was trying, he didn't ruin the game and also he wasn't dying on purpose.
Also i saw him in almost every team fight, while you were creeping and not helping team. You didn't even want to port and help... Most of the time you were arguing.

After watching replay i can say they were playing... even after it was 5v4, your team still couldn't fight against Sentinel... Everyone from your team voted for fast finish except you... score was 20-0 !!! still you didnt want to type !ff... Your team couldn't move from base because they would get killed in seconds...

Also, i hope you didn't provoke him after he kicked you from game lobby. All players should play and behave by Lagabuse game rules.

Intentional feeding (he went on tower 3 times because there was no rmk ). Even if he had lag ( but he didn't because he used hook well ), it is not reason to do that. he could try to fix lag or pause the game... And also Family related flame from same player !
