I assume that's copied from some older guide... Anyway, replace PT with Arcane cause storm is useless w/o mana... And arcane boots are the item that could save you in some situations...

Bolded is not really true, it depends of the game... You could max out remnant before vertex for higher dmg, especially for harassing, remnant and overload, and one level of vortex just to hold a hero in gank and disable him for one sec... After that overload will slow him down anyway... As I said, skill build will depend on the game itself (and the rest of your team)...
lol sad when a pubber tells that what i wrote isn't true Storm doesn't have big mana pool , he is really mana dependant , remnant is too hard to land on smart oponent unless he is stuned or hexed or any other way disabled like 430 said on some interview 1 or 2 lvl is more than enuff while playing storm couse its only mainly used for creeps , scouting , and slow of ur pasive skill i prefer having 1 lvl ulti i max out every other skill since storm is carry who need very much farm in order to be usefull at its potential

as far as i know dota always was 5v5 game so how can u measure players skill with one hero in this case sf by the tournaments he won with TEaM in 5v5

games amount to enter statistics should be determined by total played games count
if theres currently 2.5k games ongoing this season so lets say to get into statistics u need 250 games or half of that 125 /etc

@random trash pubber l2p , put replay where u won that game with proofs that he was really the one from FEARZ , either arrange cw yaphets vs yamateh both sf's in mid or stfu couse so far only proof of their game one versus one was that showmatch which yaphets won retarded imbecile how can u judge his skill from the titles he won ? at that time there was no good teams when yamateh was on his winning spree and pis sweeped our alot of awesome teams with "legendary players" ADC is nothing compared to WDC oh wow 2008 ESWC 2nd place thats also really impresive what teams was playing there besides kingsurf and mym ?
