Hmm for example if soemone has 0/10 in min 12 votekick is very usefull. Team can votekick him and though opponent team wont get too feeded. Also afkers that stay at fountain and move around from time to time not not appear afk can be votekiced
if theres guy with 0/10 opponents will not kick him because he is feeding them well. Its hapening daily.
Votekick can be abused, but on other hand its completely useless.

I've seen that too, next thing happening would be; your team calls it "balance" and votekicks you, gg and their team will vote because your team helped them kicking. There are lots of people playing DotA as friends and even if you are 2 or 3 friends it is easy to organise rest of room to your advantage. This is the formula; n = number of your friends playing in that game ("-switch" + "!votekick") * n = Free-Win

That would be a command yelling like "ABUSE ME PLEASE!" and it would fail.

if he manages to get 0/10 in min 12 than he probably has no teammates to help him at all, so his team is in no position to kick him, even if they kick him the result will not change.

I am always against switching in a dota game with ladder. What is the purpose of balancing the game when you put all your effort in breaking that balance in your favor... Dota is mostly about gaining the advantage over other team with teamwork why are you working for it if you are going to balance it.

votekick is allowed for any reason, that is not abuse
A kick allowed for any reason means it is free to be abused. I've seen this situation; We as Scourge had an amazing Mirana midder. A player from Sentinel got disconnected mid game. Other team said "balance" and tried to !votekick our Mirana. Sentinel fully voted, we had a friend of game owner in Scourge he voted along. We lost our amazing Mirana with the reason "balance". We supported our carry, they supported their carry until 40th minute. Than suddenly the Sentinel wanted our carry in their team (pretty much organised) I kept saying -no to switch request than I got !votekicked. After that game in stats I saw sentinel won a game they were losing because of !votekick. Guess what, only 2 of them took 2 days ban for flaming... If you think this is not abuse... You lack common sense than...

It indeed is personal choise  But as far as I know most of the people prefer smaller dimension. But I don't mind you should create what you love to do.
The resources I use are already high resolution ones so resizing makes them lose quality, I'm trying to keep them as big as I can to preserve quality so I find it better. Anyways your constructive comments are very valuable, thanks  and I hope thoose trolls in here get heavy punishment.

yes it is abuse i got kicked out of dozens of games couse i refused to switch into feeders/noobs team and so on
(Note: This is a personal idea) Pd.eu has a ladder. While many people are playing for fun, there are many people playing for stats. When you are playing a support/babysitter hero you give all your effort to feed your carry, than some people leaves the game and other team wants a switch. Either because of an unlucky roll or because the carry thinks "I can pwn anyone in this game now" he or you switch to other team and all minutes and effort you spent in that game is ruined also that switch mostly makes the hard working supporter a feeder. That's why everyone is free to vote -no to switch and everyone is free to leave if their team has 2 more leavers than other team. Any !votekick command used on someone not breaking any rules should be taken in account as command abusers and thoose supporting the abusive !votekick should be warned and punished if they repeat. The ladder should be about the skill of players not about how the players in game maintains the commands.

tyvm Not bad, but try fitting signatures in other dimensions like 400x120, those look better
I don't know why but personally I prefer 600x200... Higher amount of pixels look better in quality imo
