Can i or someone change my forum name/username to some other name/username cos i get in conflicts and confuses with another player and im not him and he is not me so its not good.. ? Thanks in advance! Cheers mates !

its very posible, cause after 6 months acc that is not activated is deleted, so u cr8 a banned acc on playdota .. go write unban request in unban section, and explain your situation ..
Still, it doesn't mean that he gonna gets unbanned.

all the time from when the moderator is playing with me (maphakerom) and his game So, I always wins.He play with me, his brother and another brother OkiSRB DekiSRB.All maphackers, we and together with us xmany.Ak47 was informed about it and will see what can be done about it.
And what if you have the situation where the maphacker is in the winning team but he is a completly noob, so he doesn't contribute anything for his team. Shall the game be deleted even then?
I understand that maphackers are affecting the PSR of many players, but also those who are on the top have passed that 'hard way to the throne'. So, it's kind of equal for everyone.
