I agree with niceguy. Only after 30 min !ff should be used.
And the situations when is clear that you lost? Example : One uber noob with 1/10 in minute 7 is not impossible.
Those situations are rare, and trust me the game is not lost till the frozen goes down, fight till the end. For me its a stupid comand, whats the fun in playing for 20 min and they ff the game , coz i have seen ppl forfeit on the first sign of a lost game.
