but  vanguard is good for every hero that plays vs heros who actualy uses psyhical dps (naix troll /etc /etc)

scepter is pure waste  becouse those couple slashes is not worth it   jugger should be killing/farming machine  with phase/bfury/desolator/other optional items  vanguard is never bad   but if u can live with it then better dont waste 2k gold and get something for dmg instead
