Spectre,spectre,spectre....... she is the best carry,can carry her team to win . At early game can not die so easily, with vanguard and phase boot can do wonders (i havent told about radi yet ).... and then radiance.

      Mostly its a finshed game for opponent with that items.If you want more pain w8 her tripples and ultra's.

Is it useless , cant work or waste of money ? Or not a good strategy ? Can u give some information about this.... ty
