I think he ment 0.9  . Haven't seen more than 1.8 per game won , with total ownage. Best score, ck/cd etc.
I meant 9 as in max 9 per player no matter how much games you played. Actually, I don't think someone has more that 5 points from it. Easy formula to calcultate score: score ~= wins - loses +- 5

Player could host noob game and in the last second change it to pro for more points.
Player could host game and change it to some generic name so that his friend could join.
There could be a comand like !gopub pro game_name, so ghost automatically ads pro to each game rehost, and game is considered pro in stats.

Mh is allowed in games other than ladder warcraft 3 in eurobattle.net. Thats why it is so widely used...
One could write an application for it (like anti-wallhack stuff in fpp games), but I think 50% of playdota.eu players would stop playing becouse they dont know how to install it ;/

The truth is, all things other than wins and loses wont bring you more than 9 points (calculated from top players in each category)

You could kick someone if the votes are 90% of the players OR 100% from his team. It is actually very good suggestion.
