Why ban ppl who get desync? This would be so easy to overcome... Whenever I get desync and disc, I have to request unban, which is frustrating for me and extra work for the mods. And desync cases get unbanned 100% of the time. So: don't ban ppl who get "Dropped due to desync". If that is not possible, don't turn on autoban until the 1st second of the game. Whoever leaves in the first secong shouldn't get banned, because he left because of desync or late Esc during countdown. Neither is bannable, both are bugs in the system... Thank you! Hope I get my unban by the time I finish this post...

Hi! I havd a very frustrating experience. An idiotic, ruined game ended with !rmk. We started leaving, but a little jerk with Gproxy++ disced. So, we had to wait for gazillion seconds to leave a game (wait for reconnect... and still... and we can't leave warcraft... no alt-F4, nothing). So I had to alt-tab, and kill W3 process. Can't Gproxy++ timer be disabled after game is over? Nerd kids use it to get their revenge...

Hi! I suggest creating a rule to stop new account users from hosting games.
If sy gets banned for feeding/mh/bad host whatever, he creates a new acc in 5 minutes, and hosts a game.
Host can't be kicked. So he is safe to mh/feed/mute abuse all he wants again. We can't really stop him from creating a new acc and joining games, but at least he shouldn't be allowed to host games.
Say, you need at least 20 games to be able to host one. (And it would be fantastic if you could only host noob games with less than 50 games, and need 200+ games to host pro games, but that is another discussion.)
Ideas?

Hi! I have seen some hosts analyzing all player's stats in the lobby, then quickly swapping and starting the game. Sometimes, I didn't even have time to hit ctrl-a to escape an intentionally unbalanced game.
(When countdown reaches 3 or 2, hitting ctrl-a won't help, game still loads. Even worse, sometimes after it loads, it puts you to end game scores, giving the dirtbag host an opportunity to ban.)
So, and I have seen this, a host can make 2 swaps and start the game in 2 seconds. Then you have a total of 3-4 seconds to realize what happened, reach for the keyboard and exit the game. Tricky, to say the least.
So my suggestion is that host shouldn't be able to start the game for about 5 seconds after he swapped players. Just like when there is a leaver: you can't start the game immediatley after someone left.
Lobby abuse is very irritating, and though PD.eu seems not to care, it does ruin the game for many players. This is not a very complicated thing to do, in my opinion.

Hi. Is there a way to ban ppl only from hosting, but not from playing? There are several retarded kids hosting playdota games. They are OK players, but horrible hosts. If you say something they don't like ("Lol that was not a steal", "CD man, told u!!!", "don't go suicide noob", "Hi how are u?" etc.), or u kill them in a close combat, they mute u. Very irritating. Also, I know u don't care about hosts picking their team in lobby, but it is very irritating too for most of the players. Also, I've seen some hosts muting global chat in an unbalanced game, and keep going in eg. 3v5 for stats.
So, I think these guys with an obvious social disorder (the only way for them to feel powerful is hosting a game, then abusing "power") should be blocked from hosting PD games.
I think this worths a discusson.
