Technical support / HOW TO PERMA IGNORE

Hello , since the week pd bot got off I had to join stupid bots in order to play DotA games . Now , these retarded bots keep sending me a whisper every 20 seconds to tell me a new game has been hosted and I have to ignore it everytime I login . If I leave the server then reconnect again , the whispers keep comming back and it's really annoying . I would like to know if there is a command to ignore permanently somebody from the server cuz I think /ignore xxxx is only for a short period of time .

I'm sick of joining games and loosing because I get paired with real tards that got high psr , and I'm sick of beign kicked of "pro" games because I don't have the PSR to play with players of my level . Yes , players with high psr USUALLY have better skills but it's not the case for all of them and it fucks things up . Same thing for players with low psr having crazy skills .

I'm sure i'm not the 1st one to post against psr ranking system . But I really think something should be done about it . Maybe by including the K/D/A ratio in the ranking it would be more representative of the player's skills

Also , I think there should be an option of recalculating the psr for games with leavers . It's not fair that the whole team looses/wins the same amount psr when chances are equal at the begining of the game and then get inequal after a player ragequits
