Feedback / Playdota needs more active Ban & Unban mods!!! 2 and some other stuff.

Well, this one (http://playdota.eu/forum/index.php/topic,56886.0.html) went offtopic so i started 2nd version.

First to repeat that pd.eu policy is "users need a stable connection to play ladder games", yeah i know. But last few days im getting some unusual connection problems, internet goes off for about 60 seconds. Im using gproxy but sometimes other players just cant wait for me to recconect and go vote to drop me. We all know that every next ban is +1 day prolonged, so there is the problem for me and same for many users i think. My account is now banned for 5 days and its just a matter of time when it will change to permaban. Yes, as everyone else i got more accounts but  they gonna be permabanned too like my main acc. After some time, few months or year, about 70% of users gonna be banned and there will be only mods and their few friends playing because other mortals wont get unbanned, need to asslick hard to get it and thats wrong. I saw other leagues shuting down and this one is on a good way to fail too. Need some major changes. Yeah, you just started the new system and it needs some time, right.
I see some mods left on their own decision because they realize that this new system cant work in reality. Other mods just stay to abuse their position and spam the forums or channel, ban someone they dont like and etc. For example this Lilthug started to do his job and others should do it too, mby they just need some critics too. Again i see some mods unbanning friends and skiping other requests and thats W R O N G. Maybe i should stop playing here and others too beacuse we dont match teh criteria.
Another big problem about reporting mods. Why dont you allow public reporting? I want to speak freely and watch if someone is having same problems with same moderator. As a regular mortal user i get the impression that mods are some godlike creatures that cannot be wrong beacuse everything they do is !banned !locked, nothing you can do against it.
In my honest oppinion, go and change this to private league and vouch your firends & enjoy playing without us - teh rulebreakers.

Well, reason to demote is that this guy, Lilthug, bans me second time before even take a time and go watch replay, just reads the game log. Ok you hate me but pls respect the rules...

In short lines: I played pudge with 3 guys that followed me till 25.min when i saw that weaver wasnt playing with us at all, i realized that the game was over. He was playing 25minutes alone. I had to go eat as i mentioned in chat so i was afk 5minutes. After i came back i continued to play. So this dude, weaver, reported me for game ruining and if you just had time to look replay you lazy mr.Lilthug, you would see that acctualy weaver had ruin the game. But no as Lilthung sees my name in ban requests he goes fast and in milisecnonds does !banned and !locked. Again, you cant do that! Instead of wasting time with this false reports go and do your job? Go chek unban requests and answer them. Its rude to let 80% of that post unanswered.

Two days in a row i get autobanned because of gproxy "Unrecoverably dropped from GProxy++" or users voted to kick me while they cant wait for me to reconnect. Ok no problem, i got ban. But the problem is that i go post unban request and noone of mods can take 20 seconds of time per unban request and do their job. First time i had to wait 8h, second i had to wait just 6 because i asked my friend Mrniceguy to take a look. Yesterday my friend got autoban just after game started (1:21) bcoz of "Unrecoverably dropped from GProxy++" and noone didnt even take a look at unban request even today. Major problem is that there are 80% of unban requests that are being ignored by mods. Seems that you can only get unban by sending PM's to mods and hope they gonna do their job. Thats just wrong.
