Technical support / GETing banned

When someone leave or has a problem with internet in dota it start counting down to 240 sec and than we can drop him,when its counting down my picture freeze for a sec and then pop up window where i can click QUIT MISSION and thats the only possible way,i get banned for no reason.How can i fix this problem it was sometimes now i am kicked of everytime when counting down
^^CRAZY^^ was unrecoverably dropped from GProxy++, ^^CRAZY^^ was autobanned.

when counting down when someone leave i always get banned
i dont know what to do,everytime i am becaming crazy because of this
counting down and at the moment freeze and i just can click on quit mission
please help me dont know what to do

one player didnt pick a heroe and after 10 min they didnt kick him.after counts when that player that didnt pick left i get banned from game,dont know reason
