he doi it all time with new nicknames, ip lock will be fine and he cant ruin again games.

he have 1000000000% mh this is sure !!!! played invoker using sunstrike like a .... he dont care of ban nothing

i was pudge, with low hp i know he will use sunstrike so i just waited and waited on woods, he cant see me no wards nothing and i moved back to reg and boom mh sunstrike!! i know him he do it all times he need ip ban not accaunt ban cuz he do all time new accaunt im fucked of him im sry. GAME TIME 10 - 12 u can see it how he use sunstrike on me

u can see at replay he just signaled the map where we are and that is not the only reason.

5: Specify at least 1 exact situation where user broke MH rule, with every detail explained and replay time when he used it.   (replay time, not game time please) :
this replay time is enough for 100% mh . on replay time 40 - 43 u can see he have 100% mh , he just know where legion going with low hp , and he running from bot tower on mid tower i arrowed him and he know where i arrow used , but that is not all , venge coming from top tower and he know it and run away from him u can see that on replay time ... sry for bad english but he have mh 100%
