I think it's currently at 0% ...
Why?

You ban someone's account, he makes a new one in under 5 minutes
You ban someone's ip, he changes it? (net caffe being the most viable ban evasion tool, and for home version, resetting modem does the trick usually, almost noone has static ip address)

And tell me now, why am I now acting fair and keeping of pd.eu until my undeserved 3-day ban expires, when I know I can freely break it at any moment, make new account/ip if necessary and play how much I want, when I want, how I want. with absolutely no fear of getting caught, after copying friends list from old account? Lot of people even use dual accounts because they cba to post on forums to get unb& after getting a net dc...

You need a better system for pd.eu, or a sub-system for safe games...

I am tired of retards who won't pass a vote that is obviously healthy for the game.

1. avoiding to kick a retard who intentionally feeds them so they could win easier
2. avoiding to rmk / switch when it's 5v3 / 5v4 / 5v2

Ok so, I have been playing on pd for quite a while...
And I have been noticing a huge increase in maphack usage over the course of this few months I am here...
It's fucking shitty. I hate it. Everybody maphacks these days, whether they are obvious or well hidden...
There is no way to prevent them from cheating:

: -ah command does NOTHING
: noone will agree to votekick because they either think you are a fucking noob or they support his evil deeds
: people who want to report cannot invest few minutes in uploading the replay and posting a PROPER ban request
: those who invest their time are most probably denied by a mod...

So why don't we play a dota with Always Visible command on? Where is the difference? Who the fuck needs wards? Who the fuck needs "miss 2 bottom"?

I've played many multiplayer games and encountered many cheaters and many cheating programs
(Counter-Strike , Quake3 , Warcraft 3 , Call of Duty 1 & 2 , Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory)
Like I said, most of the cheaters are fucking retards who get discovered right away (blip signal in fog, never miss a rune in river, never get ganked, always find people who farm forest / roshan, follow invisible units with 100% acccuracy 100% of the time) ...

But there are also many skilled ( "skilled" ) people who start cheating for no good reason, and it just increases their skill performance in the games... But they are fucking smart and you cannot prove anything against them, and they still have the upper hand against you!!!

What the fuck can we do about this? Nothing, probably. Except by playing ONLY in LAN where you can kick the shit out of a faggot who uses illegal programs...

This is in some way a vent/whine thread, just wanted to state something on this forum as an introductory post...
