Technical support / help with low fps

i know this is the section for "Technical help about everything related to FawkzBNET server and playdota.eu bots" , but i have nowhere to post, please HELP ME.

i own a laptop intel i5 cpu, windows 7 64 bit, 4GB RAM, 512 video and when i play dota, i have very low fps. Please look at this screenshot, does this seem natural to you



 Dota is installed on 32bit, could this be the problem ? It has compatibility set to xp sp3, antivirus and firewall disabled, high internet connection, video drivers freshly installed. I'm on the edge of cracking, please help

Technical support / giant lag spike

hi peeps,

I want to ask you if there has been any technical changes lately (besides those happened on Sunday). I am asking this because since Sunday i have huge spikes when playing on PD.eu bots, and i can't explain why... because if i play anywhere else i don't have any problems.

In lobby i have a steady 40ms, but in-game i sometimes spike to 1600    and sometimes i get d/c
Is this my problem ? I need an answer so i can go talk to my gay ISP
