Strategy / refresher, bkb, lothar for yuggernaut?

Most of the people playing with Juggernaut, usually, they make is that the first item is butterfly. I think it seems too bored to playin like this. Jugger is one of my favorite DotA hero, since, then recently tried refresher, lothar, scepter and  BKB for Jugger. How about that? I already think, it seems imba items for ya! What do you think making so imba for Yurnero?
