Feedback / !checkban command

Sometimes I have problems with people abusing this command. When they got muted, they start typing !checkban "example: fu host, fuuuuu". Or making game nearly unplayable like here: http://stats.playdota.eu/?p=gameinfo&gid=1041115 (12-14minute).

I would suggest, that it should whisper back result. I dont think it is usefull, that all can read it. Thanks.
