Im started long ago to play Counter Strike 1.6 im so good at it that im playing for some expert klan.Left DotA/w3 and now im back to photoshoping.My nick for PS is KeoZ.

Resources / Easy Wallpaper by dead shoot

Open new document 1600x900

Then go to Filter>Render>Clouds and make sure u have black/white color




Now go to Filder>Pixelate>Mosaic and put cell size 15:



Then go Filter>Stylize>Find Edges:



Now go on Filter>Blur>Radial Blur and set:
Amount 35
Method tick Zoom
Quality tick Best:





Make this Filter>Stylize>Find Edges



Press CTRL+I or Image>Adjustments>Invert



If u want to change the color just press CTRL+U or Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation
Tick Colorize

Final result:


This can be background too

First u need is to make a colors be black/white that u will easy do if u press letter on keyboard " D "

Press Ctrl+N and type 600x600.

After that go to: Filter>Render>Clouds after that u will get some clouds like a storm

When u finish that go: Filter>Stylize>extrude and make settings like on the picture:

Press ok.After that go again: "Filter > Stylize > extrude and watch settings on the picture:

Now if u want if u don't want to be colors grey/black/white go:

Image > Adjustment > Color balance and play with colors xD,I will use:
