Feedback / Saving the game

Hi, I am just wondering about saving the game.
The rules says saving is forbidden. And your bot is able to hold this information and display it in game log for every single game. So it would be nice to make automatic warn/ban(just like for leaving).
I know it is not big deal but some people get dropped after save :'(. Then they have to fill unban request and ban request for guy who save.
Also this feature would remove some work at ban/unban request forums. I think it will remove saving game at all if people get punished right after they break this rules
