Feedback / How to ban without !bl ...

I cant ban leaver, because !bl works only on last person that left the game. What about leaver that left 2 secs earlier? If I am not clear enough :
15:04 top_feed left the game volountiary
15:06 iximini left the game volountiary
15:10 !bl leaver
15:10 player iximini was banned on server playdota.eu reason "leaver"

Is there any way to ban player like top_feed?

Hi, I have a little problem with pro players. When we have got 2 hardnoobs in our team we still can win, but if there are pros in opposite team we can do nothing to stop them. Is there any rule that allow us raport and ban pros in noob games? I know, that they have a lot of fun, getting godlikes etc., but is it fair? Votekick is not the solution, because opposite team is fine with godlike team mate, so they wont vote...
I am talking about players playing 90% games with "pro/experts" in game title.
