Suggestion Board / -TEST MODE

its kinda weird now coz many host start  typing -test (test mode) b4 leave as soon as his team gonna loose or he got pawned hard.. what is this (test mode for).  is it kinda abuse if using it especially when battle almost finish?

I just wonder y PD stop given right to other player to ban (2nd player) especially when host leave the game?
