Technical support / Huge lag on server

Today (29/06/13) around 15:30 there was huge lag on the server. Apparently it affected only me, but checking the connection with other servers, everything looked ok.

Could you investigate maybe what happened? I saw similar behavior during other games when people were complaining about similar symptoms.
