trying ruinning lane by going mid with hero 100+ base damage lvl 1 + queelblade. feed and then leave after 5 death.

he start ruinning game from 0-01 game time, on 5-00 he just go under t2 and feed enemy hero.

also i know its was annlvl. you can check it with your adm features.

hope you ban him HDD(idk why u called it "ip ban" ) people should understand that they should not get away with it!
