This dude went on mid against Akasha, died twice in like 2 min of game, no ss calls when Akasha was gankin everywhere. Clock said he need to restart modem cause of ping issues he immediately votekicked him. Then he stole his item when he was dropped even tho he typed on all chat that he will be back.
18:57 Here i made triple kill and i had low hp with stack of poison i think from orb of venom on me but i would survive i was lookin at my status and he denied me for no reason claiming he saved me. Then later he votekicked me as well.

So i went to jngl, from start i was buyin even more wards then support, and wanted to copy build from my yesterday's game where i had 20+ kills with Axe you can check item build and that game as well which went pretty much better with noone complainin about my farm as i had 700+ creps, but this guy started flaming me whole game, votekick abusin, spaming blinks and constantly typing. I said to him 36:22 to leave me alone and for him to worry about his game and ill worry about mine, then he started like if you dont kick him i wont play and that type of stuff.
After game he started wispering me and still flamin even typin in channel where i replied to him as i was fed up with his 45 min flaming and he was like oohh i have material to ban u noww u flame me i dont flame u and that type of stuff.
I dont specifically recall that if i pick hero like lets say ,,Axe,, that i have to play same build like everyone is playin or that i have to explain my build to someone like him.

10:19 - Called him ,,Son of whore'',
18:54 - ,,No time'' he was stealing bounty in front of Alhe even when Alhe linked him bottle.
23:33 - here he started not even stealing bounty but also spamming first ability on Tuskar to steal farm when Alhe was farming.
30:36 - spammin some russian swear words

Right from get-go this guy started game with toxicity and flaming, ruining game for everyone as well. On 11:40 I told him ,,if u keep playin toxic ill report u''. I didnt had any bad words for him as i was focused on my game and played here with my friend Alhe but my friend was frustrated which is understandable here.
Tuskar for no reason started ruining his lane, farm, taking bountys, and showing hate. Later in game he started showin national intolerance and racism.

I apologize for miscommunication, but i really dont understand your ticket report here, 9-9 is sure not superhard feed as you claim neither about votekick spam.
First: I typed votekick once not twice and that isnt counted as spamming votekick as i didnt do that multiple times and first time you were votekicked by Sniper in 52:15 min.
Second: there was reason, on min 52:15 you killed Mortred and Divine dropped on ground which led to Pudge taking it and giving it back to Mort, while everybody were linking and blinking you that Divine droped you intentionally left it even tho u had slot to take it.

from 27:40 Tiny and Clinkz with votekick abuse. Then only Clinkz started flaming, linking my items, and spamming votekick. I wrote him to write more as ban material to warn him to stop but he continued. He also wisped me, flamed my family but unfortunately i didnt get screenshot in time.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
From start i tried with carry build as we lacked melle heroes in this game, they had 3 while we had only Tiny. Clinkz then started flaming cause i didnt play ''way he wanted''.
