So i brought one friend to this site to play dota...he got banned permanently for threathening staff from lex monster after dat he got banned permanently ystrdy coz of ban evade(which makes no sense since he got permabanned on his old acc) this is a quote for lex http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?topic=162824.0

That is not 1st time he flames. Ive checked some more from his games, and everytime he loose game, he flames hard. He will not get unbanned. He can make new account and play by the rules, and this should be his lesson, he must learn not to flame.
