Hi. I downgraded from windows 10 to 8.1, and whenever I try to join a DOTA game in the lobby, the game crashes, message pops : "The application uncountred an expected error." with a code to send to blizzard.
My OS is windows 8.1

Couldn't upload Log files (error cuz of extension) here's the text of it :

Want to ban R.Reddington

min 27:stops while charging and uses dust on clinkz when he was invis. Another thing at min 28,clinkz was invis this time too,and lescharc has low hp,the time clinkz showed up to hit lescharc,bara charge him instantly like if he was waiting him to show up,this thing happened so many other times,but this was so obvious and too fast!
Please ban him,he ruined the game by focusing clinkz

So i'll get to the important and obvious things he did (not going to talk abt what he did against phantom lancer) minute 20 (minute 18 in game) he hooked lion without him being visible,and then he hooked me also in minute 26 or so (24 in game) when I was invisible.please ban him,and lock also his IP if possible.
