well.. I said no, cuz most of the noob games will be created with less than xx gamed played second, not all have xx gamed played so not many games will be created.. so.. I say let it be by rating. for example: 1500 u can create go less u cant or even 1530 1560.. what ever.. but not less than 1500 to create a game. that would be better  :D Good Luck with the new Bot ^^

Let's say for example you enter a pub with a title;
-5v5 apem PRO or
-5v5 apem NOOBS only
it doesn't matter.
How to react after this;
I am Scourge. Sentinel picks are; Doom, Medusa, Magnus, Slardar, Lanaya.
The three first picks my team mates pick are (in the first second): Sniper, Mortred, Witch doctor, the fourth player waits about one minute then picks Silencer. I am the only one who didn't pick. ROFL. And I should pick strength? ROFL? And sniper says to me; -"lal pick str omfg omfg pick Danvion. OMG he strent. :S"
I mean every single fucking game, the opposite team picks atleast 3 str heroes, and I am left in the end to pick another str. It's like this;
sniper, blood, medusa, terror, me - them; roof, magnus, rhasta, davion, doctor
sniper, void, viper, invoker, me - them; pudge, ursa, silencer, axe, abadon
sniper, mortred, mirana, chen, me - them; slardar, gondar, nessaj, doom,venge
sniper, venge, silencer, furion, me - them; davion, razor, balanar, mortred, huskar.
how the fuck can you win this...... why dont people pick fucking strength?
Mby is just my bad luck or something, but every single game i play, in my team someone picks sniper first in the first second. And then they pick like mortred, and venge, and the fourth picks like Ancient aparition, and then they spam OMG PICK STR!!!! OMG IDIOT!!!!.
My solution is simple. Try it. Once your teams picks and there are no str heroes in it, I pick Crystal maiden with her 400 hp, and the game is over in 17th minute like yesterday. I really enjoyed.
LOL nice one happens to me sometimes but when it happen i choose techies to make the game a LOSS and make my team pay for not taking STR heroes and letting me pick it  , also i have fun playing with Techies and a game of those idiot games I won

U don't get the meaning of word 'tank'... Stun has nothing to do with it, there are far better stunners in the game than centaur with his 2.75 seconds stun... The point is if you are tank than you should get attacked first, and you are supposed to die first so you can provide your carries with enough time to slash through opponent team... That means if you are not brainless you will first eliminate high-dps heroes and than high-hp ones, like Cent, Tide etc. Axe is different, because he will do Berserk Call and force you to attack him (while benefiting from your attacks) and because of that ability he is only 'true' tank. I'm done here.
hm.. i got ur idea now.. nice thinking but u can always stay away from each other so when "Axe" makes "taunt" u can evade it, even if he has dagger same shit with centaur... unless u are fighting idiots.

"Centaur is NOT a tank. any decent player will ignore him in team fight, and he has no way to force enemy to attack him.
Axe is the only real tank, cause he has berserk.
Farmed Medusa is another pseudo tank late game. cause she is the only hero what can tank a lot and do crazy amounts of dmg at the same time, thus enemy is forced to take her down first.
BB if gets radiance fast, can be anoying tankish hero. cause with radiance and quills he will become the first target. but later on when radiance and quils dont do that much dmg anymore or he doesn't manage to get a fast radiance he can be ignored in team fight.
in dota you have to be able to deal considerable dmg or screw up team fights for enemy somehow to get focused. just then you will be a tank. if you have 6000k hp but you deal no dmg, you're no tank"

Maybe u are right, but as i said before u can use dagger with centaur to stun 4or 5 enemy heroes, then the rest of your team will kill 1 or 2, which will make it 5v3 or 5v4 action... and btw when 5v5 every team must have at least 1 or 2 heroes with hp lower than 2k if ppl are farmed well they can destroy this 2k hp in 2 sec... what are u talking about man.. cent's stun is 2.75 or 3 sec... it is never useless.

A Blue Dragon gives additional 25 movespeed, 14 bonus damage, and has an “extremely powerful frost attack” that deals half damage to all units around the primary target, plus 3 seconds of frost effect (30% move speed reduction and 20% attack speed reduction).
Perfect then Davion is the best tank tho, i thought it might be centaur...
