"Who? Who is this?!" Rylai the Crystal Maiden who was patrolling in the jungle cried painfully. She felt as if she was being cut by a sharp knife, but looked around, there was only trees and woods ...(an invisible hero with a blade)

“I must go to a safe place first...”CM quickly skilled crystal nova around her and ran towards the river... The murderer did not seem to catch up ...but when she looked back, she saw the murderer opened his big and fearsome eyes("Empty eyes never blinking" from the lyrics of "I am Murloc); she could feel him coming ... "Beasts! Eat my Frostbite!" CM quickly released the skill ... “Haha... can you...." Before she finished her words, she saw the murderer walked out from the ice block calmly(Dark Pact dispells the negative buffs); releasing some fearsome aura at the same time (Dark Pact has an AoE and can be counted as "aura") ... “How is that possible?! RUN!! "CM can only think about escaping now ... but she could not run (grabbed by Pounce), as if the murderer firmly grabbed her...CM had lost the courage to run now...waiting for her death as her boobs becoming smaller and smaller...

Who is the killer that CM saw? Undoubtedly, Slark.

It's not HOW MANY GAMES U PLAYED. It's how many games u won. That's the different. So win more games u'll get more PSR. It's simple.

It is how many games you have played.

The formula has only 1 flaw - the rounding.
Example: Let's a player have a base = 10. In a balanced game 50% vs 50%, he will have +5/-5.
But if his team has a chance to win equal to 49%, exactly he will have: +5.1 / -4.9 , but the formula rounds it to +6/-4.
The other team will have: +4.9 / -5.1 which will be rounded to +5/-5 as it should.
Thus in many of the games, winning gives you an extra 1 psr and losing takes 1 less psr.

Thus with average skill and win ratio of 50% if you play a lot of game, you will crawl slowly in the scale.

The rounding should be done to the lowest number part is below 0.5

@ Icy: If you want to overclock CPU get some Intel with K, like ShomilaC, these are made to overclock. I heard they went up to like 8.5 GHz. Ofc they used liquid nitrogen...

Hehe, Astaroth. There is not such thing as 8.5GHz ... yet.
AMD has the OC record and it is at 8.43GHz.
The intel processor 2500k is most suited for OCing at cpu ratio of 45, which will result in 4.5GHz , but you need a a decent heatsink (around 100$).  I am with the stock one and could OC from 3.3GHz only to stable 3.5GHz. CAn't say for 2600k, but shouldn't be different.

MoBo: Be sure it is designed for OCing.

Ram: You are building a sandy bridge machine so be sure that the RAM you get is at 1.5 V. Check G.SKill. They are awesome. 4GB is enough for a gaming machie. For word and server, 8 is enough. Get it at least at 1600MHz. 2000 is pointless (a lot of money for a bit of kick-off performance).

570 is waste of money.
Go for 560ti. It is like 570.
I am personally with palit 560ti sonic .
MSI model has some badass cooling and OC.
Recently was released 560ti from Zotac.

If I were buying a new pc atm, I would get this one.

Besides the fancy graphics, so far I have only negative experience. 
Too many game ruiners ...
Type of players:
Type 1: New to the game. They just enjoy playing Dota2. They don't leave, but they are awful as any other newbie.
Type 2: The wannabe-good idiots. Spent some time in Dota2 and got used to beat players from Type 1.  But when the things get serious vs an actual decent player , ragequits comes handy.
Type 3: Decent players. You can't have a full game only by such.
