I recommend you directly IP ban people, this is bullshit, new account and 1500 rated playing with other 1500 rated when he got banned on his 1800 rated account for connection problems or losing connection, and you guys don't unban on time sometimes and shit like this happens, might aswell ban on IP.

Maybe he is banned to battle.net and can't send commands but he can whisper, which doesn't make sense. Probably a gProxy problem or a problem with his ISP.

It was like at 00:40 at my time, shit started going crazy, probably a DDOS as it was increasing every minute from me going to 60, to 100, to 200... You should check your received packets probably something abnormal there, my first thought was a DDOS.

Forgot to mention people care about stats and kills, they forget that creeps exist in them game and only brag about them after KSing thousand of times. This really isn't the same with DOTA 2 and the low priority system in my opinion is a good punishment unlike the cancer one here.
Edit:
There is a way to make the death be slower and that would be whenever a Mod/Admin got autobanned or banned they would lose their powers as a Mod/Admin and they won't be able to join games.
Why lose their powers? Because they would just unban and play.

Here is the thing, first while DOTA 2 was in development, we would get the maps with the updates here, this would be like testing the maps and then they would be implemented in DOTA 2. Now it takes like a whole year due to the new mechanics in DOTA 2 and most of them can't be implemented in WC3 DotA because of Engine Limitations and JASS is shit besides. Now the map is getting closer and closer to 8MB which is the maximum limit, only way to prolong the creation of it would be to change the loading screen and to reduce the size it takes so that they could implement more stuff. DOTA 2 is simply better right now because it gets all its updates, doesn't have a shitty community like the one in WC3 and most important, you can't use maphacks there. Another problem is the mods here, they can break the rules and leave whenever they want, they get autobanned but can still join games, that's so smart, lets make all our friends mods and let them play and break the rules. And don't forget, some mods are cancer that literally players quit the game because of their dumb decisions, any thoughts on how long WC3 DotA will keep getting updated by IceFrog until he quits on it and fully moves to DOTA 2?
