Game ruining? Don't know how to name situation, when your buddy is playing in enemy team, helping you.

Proofs:
1) 36 minutes - Slardar had only dagger, PT and some crapy items.
2) 40:23   Lovec_Kokotov   [All]   lukas zaloz - message in global chat. Only me, madafakar and lovec_kokotov was using same language, so it had to be adressed to madafakar. Clearly they know each other, because lovec_kokotov knows madafakar civil name. He didn't use in-game nick. This message means "lukas create the game." lovec_kokotov was writing to his buddy in our team to create next game.
3) Both are from same country. So why is one locked up and second down? Strage  accident?
4) 38:38   LetMeLive   [Allies]   to uz s nim hrajes tak okate, ze ani nebranis? (translation: You are playing with him so openly that you are not even defending?") - slardar was in base, didn't even try to def with us. But later he rushed between 3 - all of them on full HP.

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
Ikarus (abubakarr) has lvl 3 when we were on lvl +/-11. So we wanted to kick them, but cowards scourge refused. They sometimes boted, sometimes not and we were unable to get enough votes. At the end we were able to kick him, but it was too late. He fed them well (8 deaths to 0 kills) and game was lost. Most of scourge deserve ban, but one player didn't vote even once - buburuza12345. So please ban him for refusing to kick obvious game ruiner. He is really low, but getting easy PRS is not a reason to ruin the game for other players.

Since 60 mins for sure. But he started to avoid team fights aprox. 10 minutes before.

A+B) Altrough we had a brutal feeder legion, we were better wich good chance for victory. But Zeus (caca) decided to stay in base with aghanin and refresher, waiting only for KS. Some players refused to kick this game ruiner. And in the end, we have lost.

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
1) He is really stupid one. Due to his low PSR, he can easily make new acc. So may I ask for IP ban? He completly ruined a won game. With him playing (or if he left), we would be able to win on, let's say, 90%.
But because he moved his hero and some players refused to kick him, game was lost.

2) Only some players voted for kick. Even in the situation when I explained them, what rules says. Some of them voted aprox 15 mins later, but it was too late for us + it was after balanar gave gem to enemy.
As you can see, dragoljub_here4 is fine with it, because it is his 4rd nick, so he will make a new one. So if possible, permaban his IP for preventing this behaviour in the future.


All this is really sorry. A I am not a pro player, but before server reset I was on 1650+ PSR and was playing in good games, because 1600+ players care about their accounts and don't want to be banned. Because of such idiots, like in this game, I have lost 60 PSR today and if I will be unlucky, I will never return back into normal games. And thats only because those idiots whitch will make new accounts and mess another games withou being punisheb. Because seriously; banned account with 1 or 2 games is no punisment.

Since this point until the end of the game, he were killing NCs, or lane without enemy. Didn't join any fight or def base.

A) He took tank and was mad about his role in the game. For example he died, but we were able to kill 3 enemy thanks to his ulti and tanking. 3:1 is fair and I consider is as a succes.

B) I really don't know why they refused to kick him. 4 enemy voted, but game ruiner own team didn't.

Even if mid was down, I had no reason to leave the game. My K/D ration was in positive numbers and even if we lose, my PSR would degrese 1 point. So I was OK. Because of situation I have no proof like gproxy log or screen shot. Only one proof can be chat where is no sign about any intentions to leave the game.
I am very sorry because we had a chance to win and this messed it for my team mates.

gogoo was playing like a tard. (Usually he rushed in some lost battle just to die.) But cursing me and then tried to votekick me. At the end, he left the game (so he is autobanned atm.) But before he left, he managed to whisper me a private message full of national intolerance. It was caused propubly because he wrote me this

Not so polite, but in the same manner and truthfull. If I would follow him, scourge will get two kills onstead of one.

I know he is autobanned for leaving (and he did it in purpose so I hope there will be no unban for him), but I would like to ask for prolonging his ban for national intolerance/racism.

A) Riki decided that we lost the game and stop playing. Even when we managed to turn the games to our favor and kill enemies in every team fights. We mainly defending and getting stronger to attack. But he only stood somewhere, doing nothing. Later he denied our 3rd upper tower to hasten our defeat. Even later he went to mines to die.

B)
Scourge team refused to kick him, even when was obvious he is heavy game ruiner. According to rule 7f, they must be banned. Without Riki, we would be able to win easily.

And I hope there will be no more admin excuses like "this is noob accounts." Rules are clear, accessible for everyone and binding for everyone. If there are excepsion, why should others follow them?
(My last 2 ban request was denied not to be found inadequate, but forgiven for being commited by noobs accs.)
