Suggestion Board / I need an explanation. Thank you.

I banned 19.12.2012. and to explain to me says that the ban last 3 days.
Now I am trying to open an account with the same name, on which I banned and can not start on dowry lagabuse server.
If you can get an explanation of why, when and if I'll be able to play under this name. Because that would be the penalty expired and that enabled me to re-activate this profile. Thank you.
Player was banned for [3 days] by [_VendettA_] on [19-12-2012 08:51:50] with reason [family related flame] in game [].
