Technical support / Lost contoll

OK Guys I have a question.
Did u ever had a situation where u are not laging but your hero cant move or cast a spell or do somthing..totally blocked and lost contoll of your hero.
it hapned to me twice this month (after I m dead and revive I talke back contole of my hero)
Not only me it hapned to somone  I played with him once he was blocked for the whole game..
Is it abug or somthing ?

why the hell I CANT  share devine with my allies,
I mean I bought once a devine for my allies but it doesnt add damage, althought it's a sharebale item 
I mean it is suposed to work like gem....

Should I suicide then my allie take the devine
