when i have 1599 psr i played a game and i won but my psr 1589 atm.i didnt lost why my psr was down?

i have a problem. when i write !checkban in channel.im not banned on server. and i can creat game.but i cant join pd.eu bot's games like banned.
whats problem about my account.i need help..Admins help me if u can quickly.
