-Dimensions: max 450x150
-Deadline : You can post signatures until Friday at 21h hours, after that topic is closed.
NOTE : You can't use old signatures, you need to make a new one.

I would like to share my opinion about that rule 40% voted and you can leave.
Now look this situation :
Mode is lets say -AP in my case and sentinel team got very bad pick like 5 int heroes and scourge got very nice pick with carries,tanks,support (lets just say they got much better team than sentinel)
Than host started vote remake jafter he saw team random picks .And so did his 2 frends and also one dude voted and it was those 40% and host left (ruining game imo)
So this can be cleary a little abuse of this so i suggest we put this in rules
When 4 of 10 players vote for rmk ,ONE VOTE (at least) of those 4 players has to be from opposite team ,in other case if host leaves or any other player leaves after all sentinels voted they would get banned for rule abuse and leaving.
Also if there are 50% percent (all sentinel team) and none from other team you still cant leave.
You can vote and i am opened for more suggestions for this rule.

I have found Photoshop online where you can edit images http://www.pixlr.com/editor/I am trying it out now to see how it works but i think it is great because it has same tools EDIT : As far as i see it is good but some options are different...but for simple edits it is great if you cant install PS

Before posting any bugs or ideas ,use search tool and look previous topics so you see that idea was suggested or bug reported before.
It will save time with this,because you will know it is reported or suggested so you wont have to open new thread,and global mods wont have more work about spamers and locking.
P.S : Put this topic sticky and edit this it could help a bit.
And dont look now look for excuses to spam this topic ,best is to not to write anything

Signature of the week / SOTW rules _________________________________________________________________________________________ Each week on Monday there will be thread opened named SOTW or Signature Of The Week
In each thread moderator will post info about competition like dimensions of signatures and subject of signatures.
Subjects are chosen by moderators, but you can always send PM with your suggestion for subject.
Max signature dimensions are 500x300 unless moderator says different.
Once thread has been opened, you can post your works from Monday to Friday. On Friday evening, moderator closes the topic and opens new, called SOTW Voting.
In SOTW Voting members can vote for their favorite signature by using poll (cant change decisions so chose carefully). Signatures that were posted in ex topic will be posted here as well in one post.
Only one entry per week per user is allowed.
Entry must not include porn or nudity.
2 participants are required in order to run SOTW. In other case SOTW is canceled.
Winner of SOTW will be enlisted in Winner's Board (SOTW).
RIPPING WILL BE NOT TOLERATED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF I FIND OUT SOMEONE RIPPED ANOTHER PERSONS SIG OR PIECE OF WORK I WILL BAN YOU FROM ALL SOTW's
Signature must be created from atleast 2 parts, 2 pictures:
1. background - user can make it as he wish
2. render picture - picture which is placed on background
Multiaccounting wont be tolerated also.Cause images tend to disappear, use imageshack, photobucket or tinypic as a hosting service. You can also use forum attachments. ______________________________________________________________________________________________

RULES ABOUT SHOWROOMS

In showroom board you can make threads where you can show graphics, videos and any other stuff made by yourself.
Topic name must have specified its content, like "Icypig's Art Works", please don't make threads "Check this yo!"
You can't have more than one gallery. Inactive showrooms can be locked by moderator..
Global rules also apply here, don't spam/flame
If you are suspected for ripping or stealing someone's other work, try to defend yourself (example: send .psd file to GFX moderator)
Non constructive criticism and commenting using silly and plain words like ''WOW'' , ''AWESOME'' is considered as a spam.
IMPORTANT:
Don't be suprrised when u find out you don't have ur graphics rank after few months of inactivity
