Feedback / votekick the host and switch mode and 4v5

i wont repeat the same story that i got banned b/c i lagged while i was host so lets  go to topic :-

since 1.26 we saw many ppl have gproxy (we can say most of them) and sometimes they lag lttle bit and they enter again (and sometimes they lag too much and they votekicked) so that aint a problem and they lose psr but the real problem is if the host is the one who is lagging .. so he cant be votekicked and it will anooy all the players around and the only thing they can do is either rmk or wait him to reconnect again (it happened to me once and i got banned AND I DIDNT MEAN IT) so idc if i was votekicked b/c they have right about that so solution?we should able to kick the host

the other topic is that can i know why switch mode is off? if its b/c it ruin the psr system idc but i just wonder and even though at 3v5 autoban is off but we play for fun or for stats? ..just switch and play happily 4v4

the last topic is that i saw many times ppl leave after minute 6 or 7 or 8 and it becomes 4v5 from beginning so i suggest that autoban is off from min 10 not from min 5 and about ladder stats in 3v5 it should be off from min 20 not 15 tnx

mysto_gan I see you don't like mods here because you get banned (for afk, item stealing, you said you have more accounts and you still wonder that you get ban?) so you befriend every1 who has any problem with them. Don't break the rules and you will be ok. You are not banned anymore so gl&hf.

Now to a.l.i.e.n
I see you get ban when your PC restarted and in this case gproxy couldn't help you but get the gproxy. You can have good connection but it doesn't mean there won't be any problem in future.

astaroth u have mental problems or what? if u watched replay of the game u talk about u will c that clock was the real afker we were both trapped inside base b/c es trap us using his first skill and im talking about the other game where i got banned for nothing and i say mrniceguy is not responsible guy b/c he didnt care about the pm i sent to him and he said go apologize to buraa so he may give u 1 more chance which is a result of not responsible admin

like qule said if someone can lock this thread so he do it b/c it seems that head moderaters r not responsible and they seriesly dont care about their job as admins so it seems that only solution is just making new accounts since admins have the right to ban and unban like they want without any responsible or someone higher (like head moderaters) is responisble on them (im only talk about qule buraa and mrniceguy) the other admins r ok with me

ok totally i totally agree with u thats why i told u to readd rule by typing for example instead of  by b/c the word by specific the things that come after it but for example doesnt specific the things that comes after it so i hope if u dont mind to readd rule so i feel releived about that since that rule is anooying a lot of ppl and i already masssaged nv thug about qell buraa but he didnt reply to me which im pissed off about

ur series dude? ok i admit that its quite lame and funny in the same way but we cant say ( wow u were lame u play bad)so u get ban ... we shouldnt mix between laming and noobing and between banning .... everyone has his own personallity and either ur good or bad ur still human who can play dota

with all my respect totally i know ur good and so pro specially with storm but rly the rules that r written should be specific b/c i saw new admins banning me for example on things that r not even wrote in rules so i suggest that u write more examples of game ruinning next time b/c i feel that we r getting banned unfairly and tnx

can i know from the 3 game ruining rules which one did he break?
