Title: How come perma banned player is able play in Euro battle?

he was perma banned 4 months ago from Euro battle  but he is able to play . How is possible that?

Player [she.licked.me : eurobattle] was perma banned by [-tupac]. Ban was issued on [16-04-2012 20:55:29].

solved now !!! it's a rare bug that happened , plz report cases like this if you know some more .
