Title: Ban request problem

I have a screenshot to ban someone but I try to upload it and I can't. It's a simple jpg.
Any help?

Yeah first it said that, then i saved as jpg (638 kb)

Our file mng (or whatever is that called) ain't working atm, use some other site (tinypic.com, imageshack.us...) and than post picture like this:
