hi ..how can i report multi account user if he got like 4-5 acc and use all of them cause he is a leaver (leaves a game and get banned and use the other ) ?
sorry but i didn't see (how make multi acc banned request)i know 2 of his accounts and i can find out the others but is it possible to ban him?like ip ban?

Evading a ban causes double current ban (with which account you played lastly) and the rest gets permament ban.
You should just make a normal ban request and give proofs about the one whos multi accounting(games,forum topics,etc)

how much time will he be banned (his account which he played lastly)?... but at this point he will just go ahead and make new account ..is this can lead to ip ban ?i looked in eb too but couldn't find answer so please let me know..

hmm if you locked on EB that measn LOCKED . AS W.T.H said all his acc will be permabanned expect 1

if he's banned 7 days for example,hell get double current ban which means 14 days.Eb.net doesn't ban people cause of multi accounting i guess and we don't ban IPs here..If he's mher or something,you can report him on eb.net for IP ban.

ip ban are not made for multi ACCS, only for mhers (in most) and on Bnet is allowed to have more than 1 acc

no he doesn't use mh he is just evading ban..

Well there is other thing about ipbaning (in my opinion) If someone is sharing IP adress (housing estate) where can be logged many persons - One will get banned cause of MH... but what should do other persons ? Just wait ? I dont think so.... so IPbaning IMHO is the last option.
On the other hand making accounts just can ruin the game for other players - If he leaves he gets autobanned - make new account - 1500 PSR no game.. and so on and so on - Maybe he doesnt care about his stats but many people do.

IP block is bad idea. For example...In one small city in Bosnia (Lukavac) they all have same IP because of internet provider. I have 5-6 friends from that city and they all have same ip on diffirent location. So if u block IP for any player from that city you will block them all?...shit.

Yepp. Like I said in the last post. I have some friends with same IP and all of them playing dota. IPban = disaster

now here is the truth...the one who i want to report is my brother!!! (don't ask why ;D)
he deserve it cause he would do the same to me..the proof to that is he is mega noob and he always create game with my name (waleed) cause he don't know anything about creating game so i gave him this text (/w playdota.eu !gopub waleed) and told him every time u wanna create game just copy/past this text and join waleed ;D ..so just like i said he is noob and h started to create more accounts cause he is leaver and i warned him he ignored me.. so please no ip ban ;D
but i still gonna report him ..

Make it like this:
1) Your nick (but it isn't really needed imo)
2) His/Her nicks
3) Some proofs
We do not ban IPs, eurobattle.net does.
