What do you think about simple command in lobby/channel that whispers you some basic info about creating game,upload map etc

i think i saw on iccup something like that when you go to a channel on the  first screen it is written how to create a game ,up/donwload...
maybe he meant something like that...

playdota.eu whispers to host you need to do !pub or if bla bla
!help ban
Visit forum for b/u for example

ye sure lol nice logic , how should they know about this new command !help ban ? they need to visit forum --> they can check forum how to ban som1 / host a game

Well they'll see channel topic or other people using this command,it's probably more than 15 users a day that doesn't know how to request ban/cr8 game/report admin etc

People usually dont look at it  ,  or even channel topic . Ofcors , it's useful to people who just started play here, but 30% will use it, the rest will spam channel like before. 

It seems, it's better to make HELP user , like PLAYDOTA.EU bot and when someone type/ or whisper to that HELP user, it write go to www.playdota.eu (http://www.playdota.eu) to blablablaba, u have everything there explained.

But , support this too !!
