Got 10 minutes to waste so:
I hear that admins are working on new system of bans but I cant find anywhere anything about it. Is there a link?
0 games played
score in noob game 30kills-2 deaths.

Any info when will that new system be implemented becaus I searched forum but couldnt find anything....

The player who didnt played any games is 'cause :
- He is banned perma , or avoid ban and play with other account. ( so he/she can be pro, or noob )
- Used HACKs , get banned - multi acc , destroying games . ( there is ppl like this )
- It can be normal player, who just started ( so he can be pro, come from some league to play here, or he can just be noob, who started playing dota ).
So pretty shure, or HACKER or NOOB in 99% of games like this.

I think I can say we are working on rules. On rules for IHRL league.
If I see your point, you are complaining about "pro in noob game"? There was such a rule but it isn't there anymore.
And guy with no stats and default PSR can't play pro games coz he will get kicked from lobby so even pro has to play few noob games...

my real problem with those multi accounters arent that they use mh .. it really doesnt affect that much in game
its how they play .. you cant see someone with 5 games or less in lobby who has normal stats .. either he has stats like 16 kills/25 kills/13kills etc ... or you see someone with 0 kills etc ........ and players with normal stats plays pretty bad in games ..... even more beyond a noob
about picks? i remember my last game ... gondar/mort/brood/sniper/doom and our opponents had 4 carries too and nessaj :D
