I dont get this rule, i mean i get it but not completly.

I have one account on eurobattle.net and one on rgc. Is that alowed?

Also, this rule is applied only if you have ban on one of the accounts and use the other(s) to play (or spam/flame in the channel).

Well i am baned on one (eurobattle account). So does that mean that i shouldnt be playing with the rgc client?

It is allowed, because you play from different realms.
