Hello guys :) You know that one more year passed in pd , and i think it would be cool to see best mod and admin of 2011 :)
You write who you like most and why , and you must write one mod/head mod and one admin/ia :) Here is example :
Best mod for me is my buddy docta , because he is one of most deticated mods here and also i can tell much more why he was imo in 2011 , but i would essay. As for admins , i say screwdriver , always there to solve problems in staff , and making sacrifises to help others , putting himself in front of us :) i would mention more people , my Other friends , but i think they wont be left over , after all i can chosse two :)

Mod - Ak.47. - He's doing his job , without quarrel with the other members. Does not enter into all sorts of topics. Has what it takes to be selected as the best. As they say, knows where the limit of something.
Lord_Kurai - Same as Ak.47.
Both the grandpapa's and they deserve respect, and to be selected for M/A of the 2011.

Whats funny?
I dont love people who just talk , talk , talk and talk. I know some mods here better than you so nothin' is funny. Ofcors there is a lot of them which I dont know, like Final, Jingle, Travie, Qell, and others...
I know only 4,5 mod's here : Ak, Kurai, Roxxan, KingW3, zavoj ...
Others I don't like, and I will not judge them if they are good or not. It is my opinion. Firstly, those two not children. Another, recruit for not choosing a friend, if you did not know. They choosing people who knows to work that job, not people who just registered here, couple weeks agoo.
But I'm writing this for free , if thou wilt not understand. So I beg you, do not Quote Me. U dont know me, and u can't judge me.

Well for best mod I am voting for Bart (Tour mod) and for best admin I am voting for Bart (Troll admin).
He was making imba tours. He was the only one keeping this forum alive! He was the only one who had balls to troll mun, but that cost him ban from channel. xD Great friend, helped me alot with some rl problems.

I would like to thank all guys who thought about noob_kurai ;-p, i am here to do the best i can, but to be honest
MUN > noob_kurai , coding the bots is damn hard work, and he doesnt change his PSR even after a defeat (come on guys, you know it would be tempting xD)
and for best mod, well, ak.47. pulls out hell of a work, doctaspock too and special mention to one guy, maybe most users wont know, but KSV is damn hard worker, he makes imba job here, efficiency at 140%

this is best answer agree but to respect the topic I say
admin - MUN - w/o coding running this others would be less efficient :D and IA (KSV) cause their work isnt too much visible either and makes this place better
mod - dunno theres a lot of good mods but for most B&U and hack guys you keep this clean and nice to all of you ;)
but at the end you all are great guys so gl and strength to next year ;)

i respect all of you but best moderator in my opinion is Final_End cause even tho he don't know me he was always the 1st who helped me with my problems with the best he can..i only say what i see maybe u guys all good moderators i can't judge ..
