Title: how to create a game ?

i need to know how to create a game so i can invite my friends to play together with out getting kicked cause of our psr or where we are from plesae some one help me...so far i learned that i go to the channel playdota.eu and then write /w playdota.eu !gopub < my game name> but after that i try to join but i don't find it in (create or join game) so what should i do...???
