Whats your main title , its your job. Its like if you are tour admin and voucher like scrwdriver , tour admin is msot important and voucher is 2nd most important.
Mine is currently IA as you can see , but i do work around forum and gfx in free time. Because i dont like just hanging around forums for nothing.

y multitasking is always that one role is main but you do additional work to it ;)
me got two jobs now only so they equal now I try to do both same, even in ranks Im forum main...

One with higher power is always a main one. Examples :
- Forum and Gfx mod ,like in your case , forum is higher priority. You have bigger task there and when you get promoted to higher rank , and keep old one , new one has higher priority.
- Ban Unban and Forum mod are equal , because you deal with same work , just on different places. One is related to site , one is related to bot. But you can always chose one to be higher from those 2 , like i did , i was going more on forum work than ban unban , still i worked everyday around 10,20 requests . If you concentrate on one of those 2 , your promotion will go in that way. Thats why i became Forum Head Mod , instead for example Head Ban Unban. Now i am IA , but i work some work in free time , which i am not obligated to do.
Cresty is Tour Admin , he only can supervise others and do administrative work , still he will work in vouching Ihrl.
Only thing i think you can do is to supervise two sections , like beeing head mod on hacks and ban unban , but imo if someone is really capable of doing it , why not ? But being 2 admins is impossible to do.
