Title: Lags & server migration

Our server is experiencing bandwidth issues again, hence the games lag. As a solution,
we will move to a new server sometime in this week.

When we start the migration web site will be offline for a few days; bots should have less downtime.

To avoid lags map downloads are disabled and games are limited to 90 until we migrate.

MIGRATION UPDATE

Playdota.eu is gonna be off from 10th 22.00h to 11th/12th.

Thanks to everyone who donated/supported/helped us to make this migration possible.
