from where can I download warcraft 3 in one of those languages?japanese,chinese or korean

You don't need to download anything, just go to Options>Game-play and change the chat support to what you want. But if you want the whole things to be in japanese,chinese or korean then you need some additional patches or even a different map.

i tried a couple of days ago an official japanese patch from eutobattle.net and it gave me an error even after reinstalling whole game

i think you need the korean game, and i cant find that

Well you need to look for W3 on some japanese/chinese/korean web pages. Or order it from japanese/chinese/korea shop.

im looking on japanese sites but who the heck understands a word so i can download the game?

There are many different people but you are the only one who wants W3 in language you can't understand ;D

there is question, why you need that dropped rice language? ;D
but all we know what button is what so it doesnt matter just it will look cool :D

Well you are only DotA player than just download Dota map in toher language , but whole w3 beeing modified - i cant help you but it seems problem is solved.
